About Me

I am a Project Manager and technologist with a passion for driving web-based projects forward and cultivating the best in people. I have developed a strong PM background by combining an MA in Psychology together with 5 years of experience in client support, testing, systems engineering, technical documentation, and working on implementations in diverse industries including healthcare, labor unions, higher education, and premium publications.

My expertise is in gathering requirements, interviewing subject matter experts, identifying risks, managing timelines, and communicating between technical teams and stakeholders. As a self-starter driven by a desire to pursue efficient solutions for complex problems, I have worked to multiple tight deadlines in all of my previous positions. One of my core personality traits is an ability to maintain focus and reassurance in high-stress environments. A background in psychology has helped me to develop a calm yet firm leadership style as well as impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.

I have found my passion for Project Management as a career that allows me to merge my background in psychology together with my desire to work with technology to build solutions. What I love about Project Management the most is being a key player in moving an idea from initial conception into implementation in the real world.
